Access to and use of the apel65 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
Age Verification: apel65 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If satisfactory proof is not provided within 72 hours of the request, your Account may be suspended and any Balance withheld pending verification.

apel65 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Prior to processing any withdrawal — and periodically during Account review — we may require you to provide the following identity documents:
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension and potential forfeiture of unverified balances in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
You agree to promptly update your Account information to maintain its accuracy. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any Balance, including withdrawal of pending winnings.
apel65 accepts deposits via the following methods, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
The standard minimum deposit is Rp 50,000 and the standard maximum deposit per single transaction is Rp 100,000,000, subject to your Account's current VIP tier limits and bank-imposed daily transfer ceilings. apel65 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.
Deposits made via bank transfer during Indonesian banking hours (approximately 08:00–16:00 WIB, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) are generally credited within five (5) minutes of successful bank confirmation. Off-hours transfers — including weekends, national holidays, and transfers submitted outside banking hours — may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to be reflected in your Account Balance. E-wallet deposits are generally credited instantly.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
All transactions on the apel65 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Any currency conversion applied by your bank or payment provider is beyond our control and is your sole responsibility.
Fraud Prevention: Any suspected fraudulent deposit activity, charge-back request, or use of payment methods not registered in the Account holder's name will result in immediate Account suspension, reversal of associated transactions, and reporting to relevant financial authorities.
All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback rewards, and other incentive offers made available by apel65 are subject to specific bonus terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. For example, if you receive a bonus of Rp 100,000 with a 25x wagering requirement, you must place qualifying bets totaling Rp 2,500,000 before the bonus converts to real-money balance.
New Players who complete account registration and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus, subject to applicable minimum deposit thresholds, eligible payment methods, and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first deposit only and may not be combined with other first-deposit promotions.
apel65 operates a six-tier VIP loyalty program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Black Diamond). Cashback rates, monthly bonuses, and other VIP perks are determined by your monthly qualifying turnover and are subject to revision at apel65's discretion. VIP status does not constitute a contractual entitlement and may be adjusted, suspended, or terminated if account activity falls below the applicable tier threshold or if a breach of these Terms is identified.
apel65 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and close Accounts where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies solely to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinating with other players to exploit promotional conditions, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
Bonus Funds and associated free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion will expire automatically and be removed from your Account Balance without further notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All bets and wagers placed on the apel65 Platform are final once confirmed. apel65 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or outcome that was affected by a technical error, data feed failure, or manifestly incorrect odds. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.

apel65 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. apel65 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Accounts with a remaining Balance, as permitted by applicable law, after providing reasonable prior notice to the registered email address. Where a dormant Account Balance falls to zero, the Account may be closed automatically.
